Now offering In-Home Cooking Classes and Private Dinners ! Private in-home dinners and cooking demos! Look, learn, and eat.  Dinners: 8 – 20 people. Cooking Demos: 8 – 10 people. Private dinners include a three or four course dinner. We cook, serve, and clean up. All you need to do is drink wine, eat, and drink wine (lol). Price depends on menu.   Cooking demos offer a three courses tasting. I’ll travel to your home and demonstrate how to prepare it, serve it, and enjoy it. You can ask questions, take notes, or just enjoy. What a great night out without leaving your home!

Living in  the Tri-State Area most of my life, we were surrounded by Deli’s, Gourmet Shops and Specialty Markets. When we moved south, finding good bread & pizza became more difficult, but we were lucky to find both in New Bern. Good Italian sausage, however, was non-existent so I decided to make my own. My friends were so excited and I enjoyed making the Italian sausage so much that I created other flavors – Chicken Jalapeno Cheddar, Cuban, Jamaican Jerk, Dried Sausage & Soppressata.
