Pinch of Love Catering is wonderful. They were our choice for a recent function and we cannot say enough good things about them. The food was delicious! Their service was flawless. They are easy to work with, efficient, and left everything immaculate. They offer an interesting and unique variety of cuisines and dishes. Everything was really fresh and tasty. Vinnie and the staff are delightful and we found his suggestions and insights invaluable to our planning. We highly recommend Pinch of Love!

My husband and I have had the privilege of eating food prepared by Chef Vincent Farro on several occasions now. Every occasion – which has included private dinner engagements, small dinner parties, and a large catering event that included over 1,00 people – was amazing! The food is always prepared with fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection, and plated beautifully. He has a wide variety of recipes that will please everyone from the gourmet palate to those who just enjoy good cooking. The icing on the cake? He’s just a really, nice guy, too! You can’t go wrong if you hire Chef Farro. We highly recommend him!

"A Pinch of Love Catering" was invited to participate in the Tryon Palace Foundation's  Winterfeast event. Chef Vincent and his wife Ann far exceeded our expectations. The Stromboli and other dishes they prepared and served to our 600+ guests were exceptional and greatly enjoyed. They are an outgoing and dedicated couple who strive for culinary excellence with that extra "pinch of love". I highly recommend them.

"After having tried one of his remaining appetizers from another party, I figured the food must have been good. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised after a wonderful hosting of a Fourth of July party. Definitely go with the chicken parm and his homemade meatballs for a sure thing as well the pepperoni bread. He caters to all different tastes and I would definitely hire him again. The only negative is that you will not have any leftovers thanks to our guests' appetites as we wanted to eat some of his food the next day.

So, here I live on the fabulous island wanting to celebrate my birthday with friends and family.

Where can I have this, who can I hire to cater and then.... like a song from heaven, I thought of my dear friends Vincent and Ann.... A Pinch of Love Catering.

Made a few calls and next I knew, I had Vinny flown down and not a second of regret on my end. He asked what I 'loved' the most and Italian was first with a pinch of seafood.

So, at the beach while the sun was setting over the Gulf of Mexico, Vinny served us mussels, bacon wrapped scallops ( the best on earth ), shrimp scampi, some bruschetta spread around, platters of meats and cheeses, tagliatelle with short rib boulionaise (?), egg plant Parmesan and ended with cannoli and dark chocolate dipped strawberries.

The ending was so perfect as we sat around watching the sun set, and Vinny surprises us with songs playing his guitar. A birthday I will never forget!!

Trust me, for any and all catering needs, A Pinch of Love Catering is your best choice!

Vinnie is a very entertaining person that has an exceptional talent when it comes to food!!! We have used him several times (birthday, Valentine and an anniversary), been pleased every time! The Shrimp Scampi Pizza is phenomenal!!! Call him for your next special event.

We have been using Vincent Farro for our parties back as far as when we all lived up north.  They have always been really extraordinary!  Not only are his preparations pleasing to the eye but also to the pallet.  His shrimp dishes and the one meal that stands out in my head is his braised short ribs!  A treat to the eyes and also a stick to your ribs meal!  I am also partial to his red potatoes.  Seasoned with rosemary (sometimes supplied from my yard) and roasted to perfection.  Just take a look at his Facebook entries.  The food photographs well but is even better in person!
