Living in ┬áthe Tri-State Area most of my life, we were surrounded by Deli’s, Gourmet Shops and Specialty Markets. When we moved south, finding good bread & pizza became more difficult, but we were lucky to find both in New Bern. Good Italian sausage, however, was non-existent so I decided to make my own. My friends were so excited and I enjoyed making the Italian sausage so much that I created other flavors – Chicken Jalapeno Cheddar, Cuban, Jamaican Jerk, Dried Sausage & Soppressata.
