My name is Vincent Farro. My love affair with food and cooking started 35 years ago and has grown stronger every day since. I started cooking for friends and family and a few catering jobs. Then I purchased an 8000 sq. ft. 4 star Italian restaurant in Princeton, NJ. My wife and I ran it successfully for 10 years, and it was a privilege to service governors, senators, mayors and celebrities. Martha Stewart said "Everything was wonderful. It tasted like it came from my garden."
