Glenn Bisignani

We have been using Vincent Farro for our parties back as far as when we all lived up north.  They have always been really extraordinary!  Not only are his preparations pleasing to the eye but also to the pallet.  His shrimp dishes and the one meal that stands out in my head is his braised short ribs!  A treat to the eyes and also a stick to your ribs meal!  I am also partial to his red potatoes.  Seasoned with rosemary (sometimes supplied from my yard) and roasted to perfection.  Just take a look at his Facebook entries.  The food photographs well but is even better in person!
